We reserve the right to amend and withdraw the services without any notice including offers and promotions
On some occasions items will go out of stock after you have placed an order. We will refund the out of stock order for you.
If for any reason the website is down for technical errors we will not be made responsible or liable for this.

Any undelivered/lost orders we will offer you a refund or for us to re send out the original order. Please note this is depending on stock. If we do not have it in stock or the specific item is discontinued we will refund you in full.
Items are only classed as lost after 15 working days - 20 working days during delays.
We are not liable to pay returns postage unless the item was damaged. (This will be issued via paypal or a credit note only)
We do not accept returns on items that have been worn or washed. (please check items for damages before wearing)
Returns MUST be received back to us within 14 days for a refund/exchange.

When placing an order products are subject to availability, If out of stock you will be informed and refunded fully.
