Orders made on a Bank Holiday will not be sent out till the following working day
Only after 15 working days will we class an order as lost. We will then issue a refund excluding postage and packaging charge. A full refund will be issued within 1 to 7 working days for out of stock items from order date or new order for an alternative item(s) on your request. (Pending stock availablity) Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, dependent on size and weight. You will be sent an email confirmation with tracking details and link for alternative carrier.

Returns Policy :

You can return any faulty item to us for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Your order must reach us within the 14 days to be eligible for a refund. The item must be unworn and in good condition. (MainezBoxx won't accept refunds or exchanges on marked, scuffed or scented items)
Please include any paperwork inside with your return AND your ORDER NUMBER without this we cannot process your return.
Returns costs are at your own expense. Please refer to your parcel for return address information.
We do not refund original postage costs. MainezBoxx is not responsible for returns on providing a incorrect delivery address.(Please make sure delivery address is correct on payment details)
We do not accept returns on JEWELLERY or ACCESSORIES that has tags disconnested and have been worn. (Check your item for damages before wearing)
If you have not received your order after 15 working days please contact us.
If you have received an incorrect/faulty order please return to us straight away. The order must be returned to us within 14 working days (Postage will be refunded)
Returns can take upto 10 working days to process after we have received. If you have a tracking number to show we have signed for it we can fast track.
If you do wish to return an item to us we would advise you use RECORDED DELIVERY so we can trace the item in the event of any problems. If you chose to use standard delivery we will not be responsible for any undelivered or lost items.
